I can not express my gratitude enough to the staff and Dr. Ross. I had my corrective hair surgery two years ago now. I am writing this as anyone that is considering this surgery knows it is a huge decision. I am aware of that and that is why I want to send this review in length.
I did my research and this was the clinic I decided on. My first interview with Dr. Ross had me convinced this was clearly the right place. The interview was excellent and Dr Ross was honest and thorough and his confidence was incredible. Dr. Ross made me laugh and relaxed completely. He was precise and made me feel like a friend and family. I flew from Canada to have my procedure completed. When I arrived at the clinic I was completely blown away at the incredible care that was about to happen. The staff were so welcoming and kind knowing that I was a little unnerved about the surgery. When I saw all the large number of dedicated staff that were there to assist with the procedure, I could not believe it. There was a whole team that came out from nowhere and set up their stations with such professionalism.
All this was for me. Then came Dr. Ross, completely relaxed and he made me feel so very calm. His professionalism and his description of the procedure made me feel relaxed and ready for the surgery. This procedure was so simple, so quick and so well done I am still in awe. If people knew how easy and complete this was there would be no question to have Dr Ross and his team take care of you. My surgery was a 100 percent success and I can not be happier with the procedure and the outcome. Absolutely Amazing!! I will always be grateful for all the help and the amazing work Dr Ross and his staff did for me. This changed my life and restored my confidence permanently. I can not recommend Dr Ross and his team enough for anyone wanting the surgical hairline correction.

“If you’ve read Dr. Ross’ reviews, it is not hard to expect both a positive experience and a positive outcome. When I arrived for my consultation, I was immediately put at ease. There is no pretense in this office–just a friendly doctor and team who are each experts in what they do. It was not hard to trust Dr. Ross, given his down-to-earth personality, his knowledge of his area of practice, and his considerable record of results. “This is for the ladies suffering from female hair loss! My hair loss story began in my late forties with hair loss from intentional weight loss and my family’s genetics, in my case FPHL or Androgenetic Alopecia in Women. “Awesome experience all-around. Dr. Ross and his staff are professional, but there is also a much-appreciated easy-going vibe to the office. I’m just about one year out from the procedure and my hair looks awesome! My only complaint is how much money I have to spend on shampoo now!
